looking for an experienced Retail Interior Designer / 3D Visualization Specialist to design and visualize my luxury retail store in Dubai. While fabrics remain our core business, the store will also feature dedicated sections under the same brand umbrella for: • Premium shawls • Perfumes (Oud & niche fragrances) • Jewellery (delicate, premium pieces) The design must clearly define and zone each category while maintaining a cohesive luxury identity across the entire store. This is not a concept-only project. I require realistic, execution-ready 3D visualizations based on exact store dimensions, so the fit-out team can begin work confidently. ⸻ Scope of Work The selected designer will be responsible for: 1. Creating high-quality 3D interior visualizations of the entire store 2. Accurately following store dimensions provided 3. Designing clear category-wise zoning, including: • Main fabric display areas (primary focus) • Dedicated shawl display section • Perfume display zone (counters / wall units) • Jewellery display (secure, premium showcases) 4. Proper placement and visualization of: • Fabric racks & cupboards • Marble counters / consultation tables • Reception & billing counter • Display units specific to each category • Ceiling design • Lighting (ambient, profile & accent lighting) • Glass panels & entrance 5. Ensuring logical customer flow between categories 6. Maintaining a luxury, elegant retail aesthetic suitable for high-end Dubai clientele 7. Providing realistic lighting, materials, textures, and proportions 8.
