This project covers the full deployment of an IPTV platform that can handle both live channels and on-demand content. I already have the server resources and bandwidth arranged; what’s missing is the expert configuration that turns raw infrastructure into a polished customer-facing service. Key objectives • Install and secure the middleware (Xtream Codes-style panel or similar) on my Linux VPS. • Configure streaming input sources, transcode profiles, EPG integration, and catch-up/record features. • Build a white-label client lineup that works on Android TV, Fire Stick, Smart TV apps, and m3u-compatible players. • Optimise for minimal buffering through adaptive bitrate and solid CDN or proxy rules. • Document every step so I can maintain or scale the setup later. Acceptance criteria 1. Demo account proves stable playback for at least 10 simultaneous users over 24 hours. 2. Channel zapping time stays below two seconds on standard 20 Mb/s home connection. 3. Clear handover docs: server architecture diagram, panel credentials, backup routine, and a brief video walkthrough. SSH root access will be provided once we agree on a staging window. Feel free to suggest preferred tech stacks—Wowza, Flussonic, nginx-rtmp, or other reliable options—as long as the end result meets the performance targets above.
