I’m commissioning a lively, cartoonish 3D animation that runs for more than 3 minutes and is meant purely for entertainment. Scope • Develop a complete production pipeline—from initial concept and storyboard through character modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering. • Create original characters and environments that feel playful and engaging while staying consistent in style throughout the film. • Handle all technical steps: texturing, particle effects, physics, and camera work, ensuring smooth motion and expressive performances. • Add a polished soundtrack with sound effects and background music (voice-over optional if you can supply talent or direct external talent). • Deliver final video in 4K MP4 along with all project files (Blender, Maya, or similar) so I can revisit assets later. Milestones I’d like to see 1. Storyboard & animatic approval 2. Gray-box/blocked animation pass 3. Fully textured render preview 4. Final graded render with audio Tools such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or Houdini are welcome—use whatever lets you achieve the best result efficiently.
