I need a full-stack developer to build a Learning Management System from the ground up. The finished site must let me create and organise courses, handle new student sign-ups smoothly, and deliver online assessments that store results in a secure database. Core features required • Course management – add, edit, schedule and archive courses with rich-media content. • Student registration – self-service enrolment, profile creation and email confirmation. • Online assessments – timed quizzes, auto-grading and progress tracking. Tech stack is open so long as it supports a responsive front end, a scalable back end and a clean admin dashboard; common frameworks such as React, Vue, Laravel or Django are all fine.
