Project Overview: We require a lighting design calculation (Dialux evo) for a 2,700 sqm logistics facility (warehouse). The project includes two industrial halls, an administrative section, and exterior logistics zones. The design must be economically and technically optimized using V-Tac and UltraLux luminaires. Building Architecture & Zones: Industrial Halls (1 & 2): Dual-pitch roof (sandwich panels). Ridge height: 9.3m / Eaves height: 7.0m. Cable trays (100x30mm) run along the ridge and near columns. Dock Apron (Canopy): Loading area covered by a canopy at 6.0m height. Maneuvering Area: Asphalt yard (approx. 62x25m) for truck circulation and parking. Scope of Work & Technical Requirements: Working Lighting (Halls): 2x T8 LED (G13) 1500mm High Output (HO) tubes in IP44 housings, mounted on the cable trays. Target: 300 lx. Emergency & Evacuation: Independent IP65 emergency units for halls. Exit signs with pictograms for all routes (EN 1838). Office Lighting: 600x600 LED Panels (500 lx). Note: The administration area is backed by a diesel generator; no local battery backup needed except for exit signs. Maneuvering Area: Street LED luminaires mounted on poles (10m height) along the boundary. Depending on the calculations, one cane use a pole with 2 luminaires mounted on a V-bracket (90-120°) facing the yard. Target: 20-30 lx. Dock Apron (Canopy): Asymmetric LED floodlights (50W-100W) mounted under or fron of the canopy to provide glare-free vertical illuminance for reversing trucks. Perimeter: Standard façade-mounted LED floodlights for security. General: All calculations must comply with EN 12464-1, EN 12464-2, and use 4000K color temperature. Preferred Luminaire Models (V-Tac & UltraLux). Deliverables: Dialux evo (.evo) source project file. DWG file with coordinates, mounting heights, and aiming angles. Energy Efficiency Report: LENI (Lighting Energy Numeric Indicator) calculation according to EN 15193 to estimate annual energy consumption. Comprehensive PDF Report: Isolines, 3D renderings, False-color, UGR/Glare rating. Bill of Materials (BOM): Final quantities of all luminaires and accessories.
