The load is light—fewer than 50 emails a day—and every message is a general inquiry, nothing technical or billing-related. You’ll sign into the shared mailbox, sort conversations, and send clear, friendly replies in polished English that match the tone of the sample responses I’ll provide. Anything that needs my direct attention should be flagged for follow-up; otherwise, I’d like the inbox cleared once per day, Monday through Friday.
