The app must be user-friendly even for less tech-savvy people, with a clean design. ## Core Features - **Live classes**: 1-on-1 and group sessions with high-quality, smooth video experience, easy to join. - **Recorded courses**: Hosted inside the app itself (no external redirects). - **Admin Feed**: Mini Instagram-like feed where only I (admin) can post updates. - **Payments**: Razorpay/UPI integration with the shortest, simplest flow. Automatic payouts to teachers on fixed dates. - **Login system**: Secure mobile OTP login. Role-based access for students, teachers, and one master admin login. ## Teacher-Student Flow 1. **Student joins** → chooses course → chooses class time 2. **System checks teacher pool** → finds teacher with: - Same course - Same gender - Available at that time 3. **How teachers enter pool:** Teacher signs up → admin approves → teacher sets available times → then teacher is added to pool. 4. **Match happens automatically.** **Both get notified** about the class details. ## Additional Features - **Teacher profile approval** (mandatory before joining pool). - **Push notifications**: class reminders, payment confirmations, important updates. - **Analytics**: basic reporting for teachers and students (attendance, engagement, relevant KPIs). - **Admin dashboard**: I can manage teachers, students, payments, classes, feed. ## Expectations - Clean, scalable architecture with stable video SDK (Agora/Zoom/100ms etc). - Simple, minimal UI/UX (brand kit will be provided). - Deployment on Play Store & App Store. - Let me know: 1.
