This is a **codesigner role**, where you and I work closely *together*: * brainstorming * sketching * building pages in real time * refining designs * problem-solving * collaborating inside SoWork Important note about tools: We primarily design and build in: * **Framer (our main platform)** * **A little bit of Shopify** If youre a **Framer lover**, youll feel right at home. If your heart belongs to **WordPress**, then We probably wont get along. This is a Framer-first design studio. --- Hours & Schedule Were looking for **24 hours/week minimum** (3 full days). Not micromanaged, but we *do* need: * **56 hours of daily overlap** * Real-time collaboration * Quick idea-sharing + design reviews Overlap is essential for the codesigner workflow. --- Compensation (Hourly Full-Time Salary) We begin hourly, and the starting weekly hours depend on your rate: * **~$6/hr full-time (40 hrs) is possible** * **~$15/hr ~24 hrs/week to start** **Long-term goal:** Become a **full-time, salaried, core team member** as we grow. --- Location / Time Zones Were only hiring from **Latin America / South America** for time-zone alignment and budget reasons: Mexico Colombia Argentina Brazil Chile Peru Costa Rica Ecuador (and nearby).
