I’m ready to move from concept to code on a fully-custom real-estate platform built around Laravel for the back-end and React / Next.js on the public front-end. While the site must feel elegant and fast for buyers and agents, my top priority is a rock-solid property listing management system that I can trust at scale. Core requirements • Robust listing manager – create, edit, and bulk-upload properties with images, metadata, and SEO-friendly slugs. • Advanced search – buyers must be able to filter by location (including radius), price range, and number of bedrooms & bathrooms from day one. • Modern, component-driven UI in React/Next.js that consumes the Laravel API and renders instantly without full page reloads. Back-office workflow I need an intuitive admin dashboard where agents can import large CSV files of listings, tweak details on the fly, and see changes reflected immediately on the public site. If you have ideas for lightweight status tagging (e.g., available / sold) we can discuss, but it isn’t mission-critical for the first release. Tech expectations Laravel (latest LTS) with clean RESTful endpoints, Sanctum or Passport for auth, and well-structured models for properties, media, and agents. On the front-end, modern Next.js practices—server-side rendering where it benefits SEO, client-side routing for speed elsewhere, and Tailwind or similar utility CSS welcomed. Deliverables 1. Git repo with the Laravel API and React/Next.js front-end. 2. Seed data or migration scripts so I can spin up a local instance quickly. 3. Brief deployment guide outlining environment variables and build commands. If you’ve shipped similar portals or marketplace apps and can point me to code samples or live links, let’s talk.
