I want a single, browser-based workspace where I can run every aspect of my residential rentals. Think of it as a lighter, online version of Landlordy: a dashboard that lets me add a flat, upload photos and videos, note utility readings, and open or close maintenance jobs without leaving the page. Property side Each apartment needs its own profile with address details, rent amount, description, photo gallery, utility meters and a log for repairs. Documents such as signed tenancy agreements should sit alongside the property record so I can retrieve them fast. Tenant side For every tenant I must be able to save personal and contact information, attach their lease PDF, and see a running ledger of all rent charges and payments in chronological order. Clicking a tenant shows the unit they occupy; clicking a unit shows current and past tenants. Core deliverables • Responsive front-end and secure admin area • Relational database tying together properties, tenants, utilities, documents and transactions • Full CRUD for listings, photos, maintenance tickets, tenancy files and payment records • Quick search / filter plus CSV or PDF export of ledgers • Setup script, automated backup routine, complete source code and short user guide Stack is flexible—React + Node, Laravel, Django, or any mainstream framework is fine—so long as it’s well-documented and easy to extend later.
