I’m developing two concept-level masterplans—an outdoor festival and a theme park—and I need them visualised as engaging 3D isometric maps. The goal is to communicate layout, guest flow and overall experience, not construction specs, so the emphasis is on clarity and storytelling. Scope of Work A final, presentation-ready isometric illustration Used to communicate the experience and spatial logic Show: Overall layout Key zones and landmarks Guest flow and circulation Strong emphasis on clarity, readability, and visual storytelling Collaborate with a small creative team and interact with client-facing feedback Maps will be used directly in client presentations Tools Adobe Illustrator (preferred) Supporting tools may be used if needed, but final deliverables must be Illustrator files Timeline Initial project deadlines are tight Ongoing remote design work available across future projects for the right designer Deliverables • Two fully editable .ai files (festival & park) ready for print and screen • PDF and PNG previews for presentation decks • Font list and any custom icons supplied separately You’ll be collaborating with a small creative team, receiving fast agency-style feedback, and if this goes smoothly there’s plenty more work ahead.
