Hello Everyone, I had to reset my IPhone so I took a backup with itunes (without encryption) and reset my iphone. I did not have whatsapp backup in icloud. I have been using WhatsApp and after I restored from backup all media and whatsapp chats contents were empty. I also tried to restore whatsapp using IMazing program but whatsapp does not load it and only shows current data. IMazing program is showing all chats & media from the itunes backup but even after several attempts to restore whatsapp is not showing previous data. Can anyone help me solve this ? Apply if you have knowledge of this ecosystem. Thank you
