Intricate Fractal Wall Panel Design

I need a set of parametric wall panels ready for concrete casting, with the initial exploration focused on highly intricate fractal, woven, or otherwise organic surface textures. I work in Rhino and review everything in Grasshopper, so please stay inside that ecosystem and supply native .3dm files along with the GH definitions that drive them. The scope you will cover • Create distinct surface variations—starting with the fractal/woven idea, then branching into wave, ripple, linear-layered, or hybrid experiments as time allows. • Model each panel at full scale, embedding realistic draft angles, fillet radii, and any under-cut limitations so the design can move straight to CNC-milled or 3D-printed moulds without re-work. • Keep thickness, jointing strategy, and backside reinforcement consistent across the set so the pieces can be assembled into a continuous wall. Deliverables 1. Native Rhino (.3dm) files for every panel variation. 2. The Grasshopper scripts that generate each surface. 3. A brief note on machining or print tolerances applied. I review midway, then at final hand-off. Let me know if you need reference dimensions or my CNC provider’s tool list before starting.
