The first floor of my two-storey village home is already fully planned and part of the second floor is sketched out, yet four key spaces remain untouched. I will share the full 2-D floor plan, the finished first-floor package and every material reference I have so far; what I need now is a cohesive, modern-meets-rural concept that ties the rest of the house together. Scope • Two second-floor bedrooms with their attached bathrooms should follow a clean, minimalist language: calm lines, uncluttered storage, easy-to-wipe finishes and a palette that will not fight the inevitable village dust. • The lounge sits between the stair landing and balcony doors. I am open to your layout ideas—sectional, chairs or a mixed arrangement—as long as traffic flow stays generous and the look feels contemporary yet warm. • The sit-out area is meant for quiet relaxation. Picture dawn tea or an evening breeze; think low-maintenance outdoor-rated fabrics, weather-proof lighting and a view-centric plan. What I will hand over floor plans in DWG/PDF, current 3-D mock-ups for the completed rooms, structural notes and any site photos you need. Deliverable A single, coordinated design package for the four spaces: mood boards, colour and material specs, furniture and lighting selections, dimensioned layouts and final renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar). Drawings must align with the existing plan set so my builder can execute without guesswork. I value practical creativity: materials that age well in a rural climate, furniture that is easy to source locally or online, and details that keep long-term upkeep low. If your portfolio shows modern projects that still feel at home outside the city, I would love to see them and move forward right away.
