I’m launching a new website and want it to stand out through real-time interactivity and an AI-powered assistant. The ideal partner is, in the client’s own words, “those who has done simliarly project,” so proven experience building and integrating conversational AI on production sites is essential. Scope of work • Design and build a modern, responsive website with at least one engaging interactive element—feel free to suggest the best fit, whether that’s a dynamic form, a live-chat style widget, or another creative touch. • Integrate an AI assistant (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, or comparable) that can hold natural conversations, handle common user questions, and evolve as new content is added. • Provide a lightweight admin or dashboard so I can view conversations, retrain intents, and tweak responses without touching code. • Ensure smooth UX: quick load times, clear hand-off to a human if needed, and a conversation window that feels native to the site’s layout. • Deliver source code, deployment instructions, and a short knowledge-transfer session so I can maintain and extend the system in-house. What I’ll look for • Live links or demos of previous AI-assistant websites you’ve delivered. • Clear explanation of your preferred tech stack and how you’ll secure user data. • A realistic timeline that shows design, development, testing, and hand-over phases.
