Interactive Toy Design & Prototype

I’m developing an interactive toy for children aged 4–7 that gets them moving and builds coordination. The concept is defined, but every design step—from early sketches through a 3D-print-ready model—still needs expert hands. Here’s the journey I want to take together: • Concept & Form You’ll translate my rough idea into clear sketches and 3D form studies, iterating until the play pattern and ergonomics feel right for small hands on the move. • CAD & Rendering Once the shape is locked, you’ll create precise geometry in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino, then light it in KeyShot to explore several CMF directions. Real-world proportions, assembly points, and safety clearances for a 4–7 age range are critical. • Prototyping Support When the model is approved, prepare watertight, print-ready files (STL/STEP) and, if possible, guide or oversee a first physical prototype so we can verify balance, durability, and interactive features. Deliverables – Native CAD files + neutral formats – High-resolution KeyShot renders showing each CMF variation – Prototype-ready files and basic assembly notes If your portfolio already showcases toy or character-driven products, especially ones encouraging physical activity, I’d love to see it. Let’s make this idea jump off the screen—and into kids’ hands—together!
