Summary We’re looking for an Integration Engineer with strong experience across multiple integration platforms and API-driven workflows to support several ongoing and upcoming client projects. Responsibilities: Build, configure, and maintain integrations across platforms such as: WooCommerce plugins & extensions Celigo integrator.io Zapier, Make (Integromat), Zoho Flow Shopify, WordPress, custom PHP endpoints ERP connectors (NetSuite, Acumatica, Epicor Prophet 21, Odoo, QuickBooks Online) — nice to have Develop and troubleshoot API integrations (REST/JSON/XML), authentication flows, and webhook-based automations. Map data between systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and clean transformation logic. Work with our internal team to interpret business process requirements and translate them into technical workflows. Create documentation for flows, mappings, triggers, and error-resolution steps. Monitor integrations and quickly troubleshoot failures, timeouts, and rate-limit issues. Suggest improvements or optimizations to existing workflows. Requirements: 3+ years of experience building integrations across several automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Celigo, Zoho Flow, etc.). Hands-on experience with WooCommerce plugins, including setup, configuration, debugging, and custom workflows. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, tokens, and webhook architecture. Ability to write simple scripts (JS/Python/PHP) for custom logic or transformation functions — not full software development, but enough to extend no-code tools when required. Excellent debugging skills and the ability to reverse-engineer broken workflows. Clear communication and comfort working with distributed teams. Bonus skills: Experience with ERP/eCommerce integrations (NetSuite, Shopify, Acumatica, P21, Odoo) Experience with Celigo specifically SQL understanding PHP familiarity for WooCommerce deep debugging Project Details: Part-time to start; potential to grow into a long-term, ongoing role. Tasks may include: Creating new connectors between eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems. Fixing or optimizing existing automation workflows. Building new business logic rules or event-based triggers. Supporting client rollout or testing.
