I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach looking for a social media manager to help me grow my Instagram with educational workout content. The role focuses on editing reels, running ads, and helping set up automation tools. Responsibilities • Edit 4 video posts per week (all reels) • I will provide the clips already cut and the strategy for the content • You will assemble the videos and add visual elements such as: • arrows • lines • colors • muscle highlights • text overlays explaining the exercise • Help set up and manage Instagram ads • Help set up ManyChat automation • Follow the monthly strategy that I will provide Important: I will provide the content, clips, and instructions. Your role is to assemble the videos professionally and manage the posting and ads. Requirements • Experience working with fitness accounts • Strong skills in editing short-form fitness videos • Ability to visually explain exercises (muscle highlights, arrows, corrections) • Experience with Instagram ads • Experience with ManyChat or similar automation tools When applying, please provide: • 3 social media accounts you currently manage or have managed • Examples of reels you edited (especially fitness content) Test Project Before starting long-term work, we will do a paid test. I will send you: • video clips • editing instructions You will create one reel based on the instructions. The test reel will be paid. Monthly retainer: $200 per month Content volume: • 4 video posts per week (approximately 16 reels per month) If the collaboration works well, there is potential for a long-term partnership as the account grows.
