We need to modify and update the listings custom object so that it is rendered appropriately into our HubSpot CMS website, and fix some minor problems in the website due to the migration from WP. In HubSpot CMS, we will be able to publish residential property listings on our website without manually building each page each time a new home is added. The object should pull data directly from HubSpot CRM (without HubDB) and render: • A responsive grid or list view showing key details and a thumbnail • A connected map that shows the location of the properties • A dedicated detail page for every listing featuring an image gallery, an embedded 360°/virtual-tour iframe, and an always-visible contact form that routes enquiries to a designated pipeline • In the related page of the Listings object, we should see all the subscribers to our website who have visited that specific Listing • In the subscriber (contact) page, we should see all the Listings that this client has visited • Possibility to export a dedicated report related to the previous points. Core requirements – Correct and modify the Listing custom object schema, including all fields a typical residential listing needs (address, price, beds/baths, square footage, description, photo URLs, virtual tour URL, agent, status). The major part of this is already done, but needs to be checked. – Correct and modify the CMS theme module(s) or template(s) that loop through the object records and display them as described. The major part of this is already done, but needs to be checked. – Ensure the listing pages and all the other pages inherit existing site styling and are fully mobile-optimised. – Add simple filtering/sorting (price, location, beds) using HubL or a lightweight JS approach. The major part of this is already done, but needs to be checked. – Document how my team can add, edit, archive, or feature a listing without touching code. We already have a draft HubSpot site and the design language in place; you’ll receive brand guidelines and sample data on kickoff. Deliver clean, commented code and a brief Loom walkthrough so my marketing team can maintain it confidently.
