About Us We’re Cellxpert, a B2B SaaS platform powering affiliate and partner programs for iGaming, fintech, forex, and crypto companies. We’re scaling our marketing and sales operations and need a HubSpot expert to fully build out our CRM and marketing automation. Project Scope 1. CRM Setup Build full sales pipeline aligned to our cycle: New Lead → Discovery Call → Demo → Tech Call → Proposal → Contract Sent → Closed Won/Lost. Add custom fields (company type, region, software used, affiliate program status). Configure loss reasons for reporting. 2. Form & Tracking Capture UTM parameters automatically (using our naming convention). Ensure cross-tracking with GA4 + GTM. Integrations Connect HubSpot with: Google Ads (offline conversion tracking). LinkedIn Ads (audience syncing + retargeting). Slack (SQL/high-value lead notifications). Mailchimp migration (all emails run via HubSpot). 5. Reporting & Dashboards Build HubSpot dashboards for: Funnel conversion rates (Lead → MQL → SQL → Won). Campaign attribution by UTM. Event ROI. Newsletter + email performance. Ensure dashboards sync into Looker Studio for marketing/sales reporting. 6. Data Hygiene & Governance Standardize dropdowns + enforce consistent data entry. Apply our UTM naming convention (provided). Configure deduplication & enrichment rules. Deliverables Fully confgured HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub. Documented workflows, dashboards, and field/property list. Success Criteria 100% inbound leads tracked with correct source/campaign. Sales pipeline fully operational with reporting. Ads platforms receiving offline conversion data. Dashboards delivering clear funnel visibility. Requirements Demonstrated HubSpot implementation experience (CRM + Marketing Hub).
