I already have a Hikvision AI camera and a fresh HikCentral instance set up for a proof-of-concept in our warehouse. The immediate objective is to demonstrate that the system can 1) recognise and track every pallet that comes through the door, 2) record the exact time each handling step takes, and 3) raise instant alerts for pallets standing longer than 3 hours. Once this pilot works, we will roll the same configuration out to the rest of the site. You will remotely configure HikCentral (Pro/Enterprise) together with the DeepinView/AcuSense analytics on the test camera, tune the detection zones, and make sure events land where we can see them. All timestamps and alerts have to be available for export or API pull either manually for now or if possible, they will feed straight into our ERP. Deliverables • Fully configured test camera and HikCentral module that reliably detects and tracks pallets from entry to final location • Automatic time-stamped log of pallet movements, ready for export (CSV or API) • Real-time anomaly rules—idle too long, unexpected removal, misplaced pallet—triggering on-screen, email, or SMS alerts • Clear, step-by-step documentation so my team can replicate the setup when we add more cameras • A short hand-over session to walk through the live demo and answer questions - identify open space for warehouse workers Acceptance criteria: ≥90 % detection accuracy during business hours, correct time stamps for each movement event, and at least one anomaly alert successfully generated during the live walk-through.
