I’m looking for a 3D artist who can create both the exterior and interior of a real-estate project to an exceptionally high level of realism. The models will be used for architectural visualization, so every surface, material, fixture, and lighting effect needs to read as true-to-life when reviewed on screen or in print. You’ll start from my architectural plans, reference photos, and any mood imagery I provide. From there, I need you to build the full scene, apply photoreal textures, set up balanced lighting, and deliver clean, layered files that allow me to generate still renders from multiple viewpoints later on. Deliverables • Fully textured, high-poly 3D models for both exterior façades and every interior space • Organized native project files (3ds Max, Blender, or similar) plus exported formats (.FBX or .OBJ) • At least five high-resolution still renders showcasing key angles (2 exterior, 3 interior) Acceptance Criteria • Materials and colors match the reference palette exactly • Geometry is free of visible mesh errors when inspected at close range • Lighting produces natural, believable shadows with no blown highlights • Final renders at a minimum of 4K resolution If you have a portfolio featuring similarly detailed real-estate visualizations, please share the link and note the software you prefer to work in.
