I’m preparing a public-facing presentation for a four-corner intersection development and need a complete exterior rendering package—high-resolution, print-ready, and unmistakably original. Scope • Produce a minimum of ten unique visuals for each corner (40+ stills total). • All images must be 4K or higher and suitable for large-format boards as well as digital decks. • Study my “Riverside” presentation carefully; every functional requirement lives there, but do not repeat the precedent images. I need a fresh concept. Design direction • Architectural style: modular construction that can be re-configured for seasonal shifts and rapid commercial turnover. • Key pillars: Sustainability, Flexibility, and Cost-efficiency. • Performance: the design must work seamlessly in all four seasons, addressing snow load, solar gain, shading, and ventilation. Deliverables • 40+ still renderings covering aerial, street-level, pedestrian-eye, day, and night views. • One keyed master site axonometric to explain circulation and massing. • Native 3D model files (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or comparable) with organized layers for future edits. • Linked material and lighting libraries so I can generate additional shots later. • Final presentation PDF compiling the best views with captions. Workflow & checks 1. Week 1: share concept massing and two sample render styles for approval. 2. Week 2: deliver draft set for mark-up. 3. Week 3: submit final package. All work must be original; I will run reverse-image searches to confirm authenticity. YOUR BONUS ASSIGNMENT: I would like to see only 1 before/after rendering of a high-traffic area that demonstrates how this convertible/modular construction would be able to use storefront signage, and wayfinding signage, to help organize our human and vehicle traffic to combat another COVID-19 event. Think about it like "normal mode" and "safe mode".
