I’m expanding our upcoming video game and need experienced 3D modelers to build a complete, production-ready asset library. Scope • Characters – sculpted high-poly, retopologised low-poly, fully rigged and skinned for animation. • Environment pieces – modular urban, rural, and suburban sets that snap together cleanly, plus foliage and surface details. • Props/Items – interactive objects, pickups, and vehicles, including a hero-asset van. • Buildings – exterior and simple interior shells for houses that fit the suburban setting. Quality & Technical Requirements • Real-time optimisation: clean topology, LODs, lightmap UVs. • PBR textures (Albedo, Metallic/Roughness, Normal, AO) at 2–4 K resolution. • Consistent texel density and naming conventions. • Delivered in FBX/OBJ with source files (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max) and texture sets in PNG/TGA. • Ready for import into Unreal Engine or Unity, with scale set to centimetres and pivot points centred. Workflow I’ll share concept art, reference boards, and a style guide. You’ll provide a quick block-out for approval, then move to detailed sculpting, retopo, baking, texturing, and final polish. Regular progress updates via Git or cloud folder keep us synced. Please include a portfolio link showing comparable game-ready characters, environments, and props. Mention which tools you use and your expected turnaround for a single mid-level asset. I’m ready to start immediately and will engage the right talent for the full asset list once we’ve completed a short paid test piece.
