Overview I’m building a high-end, direct-to-consumer bridal platform with an interactive 3D dress configurator, a Virtual Closet (My Edit), and a Try-On Kit system that supports boutique-style at-home try-ons. The experience must feel luxury, editorial, and extremely polished (think premium fashion brands, not a basic Shopify theme). I’m looking for a skilled team or developer who can own the build end-to-end (or lead the technical side with clean architecture and clear handoff). This is a serious project with multiple phases and long-term work potential. Core Features Required 1) Website (Luxury E-Commerce Experience) High-end branded experience: minimal, clean, fast Homepage, category pages, product pages (PDP), editorial content pages Mobile-first design but desktop must feel premium SEO-ready structure (collections, product schema, clean URLs, performance) Analytics foundation: GA4, Meta pixel, event tracking for key actions 2) Interactive 3D Dress Configurator (Key Feature) Users must be able to customize a gown in real time. Customizer features: Select silhouette / base model Swap components (examples): bodice styles necklines straps/sleeves backs skirts train lengths bows and accessories optional illusion panels / color tones beading / embellishment toggles (if possible) Fabric family switching: satin, crepe, lace, mikado (each with correct material behavior) Color options per fabric family Price updates based on selections Save configuration as a “Look” Add to cart as a configured product 3D requirements: Web-based 3D rendering (Three.js / React Three Fiber preferred) GLB/GLTF support Lighting workflow that looks consistent and premium Performance optimized (LOD, compression, fast loading) Camera controls: rotate 360, zoom, pan, front/back views Snapshot capture (save image of configured look) 3) Virtual Closet / “My Edit” A logged-in area where users can save and manage looks. Features: Save configured gowns to a closet Name, favorite, duplicate, delete looks Compare looks side-by-side Generate a “share link” for a saved look Save measurement preferences and style notes (optional) 4) Try-On Kit System (At-Home Try On) This is a key differentiator. Try-On Kit must support: User selects 2–3 looks from Virtual Closet Select size range / measurement input Shipping details + deposit/authorization logic (if required) Kit status tracking: Requested → Approved → Shipped → Delivered → Return in Progress → Returned Automated emails/notifications Return timeline + reminders Admin dashboard workflow for processing and fulfillment 5) Admin + Vendor Dashboards (Phase 2, but planned now) We want architecture that supports growth. Admin needs: Manage users and requests View saved looks + customer activity Manage try-on kit inventory + orders Manage content (collections, fabrics, trims) Pricing rules for customization Basic analytics dashboard (top styles, conversion, most saved looks) Vendor portal (later phase): Vendors see assigned orders and statuses Upload/approve assets or production statuses Messaging/log notes
