I need a seasoned 3D modeller who can build highly detailed architectural models—right down to fixtures, fittings, and furniture—for direct use by our construction team. The files will feed into coordination with structural, MEP, and on-site contractors, so dimensional accuracy and clean layer management are critical. Scope • Translate my 2D drawings, sketches, and reference photos into a fully developed 3D model. • Include exterior and interior elements, all finishes, and millimetre-level detailing suitable for quantity take-offs and clash detection. • Deliver native project files (Revit, SketchUp, or comparable BIM-capable software) plus exports in DWG and FBX. • Provide a short walkthrough or screen-share hand-over so my team can navigate and edit the model if needed. Acceptance criteria 1. Geometry aligns with supplied drawings within ±5 mm. 2. Every room is fully furnished; all fixtures tagged or on clearly named layers. 3. File opens without missing textures, proxies, or broken links. 4. Final submission includes a dated change log and a rendered viewport capture for quick review.
