I have a full set of 2D AutoCAD drawings ready to go and need them transformed into a single, highly detailed 3D model for visualization and rendering purposes. Also some sustainable facade design has to be done on the building Primary deliverable: a clean, well-structured Revit (.rvt) file. If you can also provide an OBJ or FBX export alongside it, that’s a plus, but the .rvt is essential. To make sure we stay on the same page, I’ll share the CAD files, any reference photos and a short material schedule at project start. I’m looking for: • Complete geometry faithful to the 2D plans and elevations • Realistic materials applied to floors, walls, ceilings, joinery and key furniture pieces • Model scaled correctly and free of stray lines or hidden duplicates • A quick preview image or turntable video before final delivery so I can confirm look and feel If you’re comfortable working from DWG into Revit, adding materials and preparing the model for high-quality renders, I’d love to see some examples of similar projects you’ve handled.
