I need a straightforward mobile application that serves two audiences at once: clients who want quick, self-service access to the gym and admins who look after day-to-day operations. For clients, the app must let them View membership details at any time and Book classes in a couple of taps. No other client-side extras are required right now, so the interface should stay clean and focused on those two actions. Admins, on the other hand, should be able to Manage schedules—adding, editing, or cancelling classes—and Manage client profiles (basic information, status changes, freeze or cancel requests). I am not asking for full reporting or analytics in this first release; the goal is to keep the scope lean and get a reliable core product live quickly. A standard login/registration flow, role-based access, and a lightweight backend would round things out. I am open to React Native, Flutter, or native builds—use whichever stack you know best so long as the end result is stable on both iOS and Android. Source code, brief setup documentation, and a short hand-off walk-through will complete the deliverable.
