I need to move our entire on-prem workload—Databases, Applications and Virtual machines—into Azure and would like to do it while sharing the screen over TeamViewer so I can learn the process as we go. All of our data sits in relational databases, so sizing, compatibility checks and a clean cut-over are critical. The engagement is hourly and I’d like everything wrapped up within a month. Your role is to walk me through best-practice setup, run each migration step, explain what you’re doing, and make sure the environment is production-ready at the end. Key tasks we’ll cover together: • Prepare the Azure subscription, VNets, storage and identity. • Use Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service and any supporting tools (Data Migration Assistant, PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, etc.) to lift and shift the VMs, relational databases and associated application tiers. • Validate performance, security and backup settings post-migration. • Document the exact steps taken so I can reproduce or revert if needed. Acceptance criteria: 1. All targeted VMs boot and run in Azure with identical functionality. 2. Relational databases pass integrity checks, latency benchmarks and point-in-time restore tests. 3. Applications connect flawlessly to their new back-end resources. 4. A concise runbook (screenshots or commands) is delivered for future reference.
