I’d like a set of plug-and-play templates built directly inside Groundplan so that I can drop a floor plan in, select the system, and have most of the plumbing layout completed for me. Scope of templates • Water supply • Drainage • Gas supply • Final fit-off • Downpipes • Sand volume calculations for trenches • Hot & cold water rough-in Each template must already contain the layers, symbols, and call-outs for pipe sizes and materials, fixture locations, and valve placements. Where schedules or legends are needed, place them so they populate automatically when the template is applied. Please keep the symbol library tidy, label everything clearly, and name the templates so they’re easy to find from the Groundplan side panel. When you hand the work back, I’m expecting the finished Groundplan project file plus a quick screen-record walkthrough that shows me how you set everything up and how to apply each template to a new drawing.
