You need to have the dimensions of all my furniture, rugs, paintings, mirrors & other art work so I know where to place. Want furniture cut outs in exact measurements to move around on the grid. I am enclosing the floor plan of the apartment. Have not seen it am renting sight unseen .Want clear and accurate scaled grid floor to see which furniture will fit and what needs to go to storage. I am not doing any renovation *****MY TOP AND ONLY PRIORITY is seeing exactly how each piece will fit inside a precise square-by-square grid, so the drawing must be dimensionally accurate and easy to read. Scope • This is a simple project - no design involved - just a grid with exact dimensions. Draw a complete 2D floor plan.. • Overlay a consistent grid (e.g., 1/4 inch squares on grid = 1 foot (do not work in mm) across the entire layout. • Show walls, windows, doors with swing direction, and basic service points (kitchen hookups, bathroom fixtures) to scale. • Leave the living, dining, bedroom, and balcony areas open—no built-in furniture—so I can drop movable pieces on top. • Provide overall and room-by-room dimensions plus a legend explaining the grid spacing. Deliverables 1. PDF sheet ready for printing at (A3 or ANSI B) Don't know what these are. 2. Editable source file in AutoCAD (.dwg) or compatible format. (HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS.)
