Grampanchayat Management System – Project Overview Main Objectives • Manage 1 to 33 नमुने (forms) digitally. • Enable property tax and water tax collection. • Support multiple Grampanchayat registrations (multi-tenant system). • Provide QR code–based payments for citizens. • Enable notifications via SMS and WhatsApp. • Available in Marathi, English, and Hindi (multilingual UI). • Provide mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web admin panel. • Have clear roles: Super Admin, Admin, Client/User (Grampanchayat staff). ________________________________________ Key Modules 1. User Management • Super Admin: Manages system-level configurations, all Grampanchayats. • Admin (Grampanchayat-level): Handles taxes, reports, citizen data. • Citizen/User: Pays taxes, views receipts, communicates. 2. Grampanchayat Registration • Each Grampanchayat can register with its details, seal, logo, region info. • Separate database instance or schema per Grampanchayat (for isolation). 3. Tax Collection & Management • Property tax, water tax, lighting tax, sanitation, etc. • Auto-generated bills and receipts with QR code (UPI/Paytm/PhonePe integration). • Online payment gateway integration (Razorpay / PayU / BharatPe). • Payment history and ledger system. 4. नमुने (1 to 33) Digital Forms • Digitization of standard Government नमुने forms (for rural administration). • Auto-fill and downloadable PDF generation. • Import pre-define excel with actual data. (import and export) • Total 33 namune (forms can setting from super admin and admin for selected grampanchat) 5. Communication System • SMS , Email & WhatsApp APIs (Twilio / Gupshup / Msg91 / other). • Message templates for payment reminders, event announcements, complaints, etc. 6.
