I’m launching an information portal that brings together three key resources Indian citizens search for every day: verified details on current government schemes, consolidated listings of the latest public-sector job openings, and an always-updated admit-card & document checklist section to guide applicants through every stage of the recruitment process. The homepage should behave like a landing page packed with quick links—clean hero area, prominent search or filter bar, and visually distinct cards or tiles that take users straight to Schemes, Jobs, or Admit-Cards. From there, each section can expand into its own well-structured pages or dynamic feeds, but that first touchpoint must remain light, fast, and mobile-first. Core expectations • Seamless CMS setup (WordPress, headless CMS, or a framework you’re comfortable with) so my small team can post updates without coding. • Intuitive admin taxonomy that lets us tag content by state, department, eligibility, deadline, etc. and have those tags automatically surface in filtered views. • Basic SEO foundations—schema for job postings, fast load times, meta automation—to help us rank on competitive keyword clusters. • Updatable alert bar or push-notification hook so we can flag urgent admit-card releases. • Clean typography, bilingual font support (English & Hindi), and an accessible colour palette. Acceptance criteria 1. Landing page wireframe approved, then translated into a responsive build that scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile. 2. Three functional content types—Scheme, Job, Checklist—each with an easy back-end form and a readable front-end template. 3. Search, filter, and quick-link navigation tested across the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and popular Android/iOS browsers. 4. Handover of source files, admin credentials, and a brief Loom or written guide walking me through posting a new scheme and job listing.
