I want a clean, shareable Google Sheets file that tracks employee leave end-to-end. The sheet must calculate balances automatically, roll unused days forward where applicable, and flag negative balances in real time. From the same data I need on-demand employee leave reports that can be filtered by name, department, date range or leave type. A lightweight request and approval workflow should sit on top of the data table. My ideal flow is: employee submits a request through a protected form or tab, the manager approves or rejects with a single dropdown selection, and the balance updates instantly. An email notification or in-sheet status change is enough; we do not need a full HR portal.
