I run a busy real-estate brokerage and keep everything in Google Sheets. Because I review and update the data every single day, manual data entry has become the biggest drain on my time. I’m ready to turn those spreadsheets into a hands-off, self-updating CRM. Here’s what I want the finished system to do for me: • Move incoming lead information straight into the correct pipeline sheet without any copy-and-paste. • Refresh property details, contact info, and deal stages automatically so I always see the latest data. • Flag leads that need follow-up and (ideally) send me reminders. • Generate a clean dashboard that shows key metrics at a glance—new leads, active deals, conversion rates, and upcoming tasks. • Operate reliably with clear, commented code or no-code integrations so I can tweak basic settings myself later on. I’m flexible on the tech—Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or any proven approach—as long as it works inside Google Sheets, stays error-free, and doesn’t require me to learn to code. When we’re done, I should be able to open the workbook each morning, see up-to-date numbers, and focus on selling rather than typing.
