I run a single café today and I would like a clear, visually engaging Google Sheets (or Apps Script–enhanced) dashboard that lets me follow my sales trends at a glance. The one metric that matters most to me right now is daily performance, so the dashboard must break each day down into: • Total revenue • Number of transactions • Best-selling items I’d like to see these figures displayed as intuitive charts as soon as I open the file—bar or line graphs for revenue and transactions, plus a dynamic list or pie chart for top sellers. If you can automate the data feed from my POS export (CSV / Google Sheets-based) with Apps Script, that would be ideal, but a reliable manual-import workflow is acceptable as long as it is kept simple. Because I plan to add more cafés later, please build the structure so new locations can be incorporated without starting over—perhaps through location filters or an extra column in the raw data sheet.
