My company runs several departments that mix in-office staff, remote employees, freelancers, and external agents, so I need a unified Google Drive workflow that keeps everyone’s data flowing cleanly from intake to insight. Google Forms – Design multiple departmental forms with conditional logic, file-upload fields, and tailored confirmation messages. – Apply branding and access controls so each role (staff, agent, freelancer) sees only what it should. Google Sheets – Auto-populate every response into structured, role-segmented sheets. – Build custom Apps Script routines that tidy data, trigger email or Slack alerts, and hand off tasks between teams. Reporting – Generate real-time dashboards and scheduled summary reports that decision-makers can open without touching the raw data. Looker Studio, pivot tables, and chart-ready tabs are all fair game—whatever delivers clear, fast insight. Deliverables • Fully deployed Forms for each department • Linked Sheets with working automation scripts • At least one interactive dashboard + a template for future reports • Written doc or short Loom walkthrough showing how to maintain and extend the setup Everything will live in my existing Google Drive, respecting current folder structure and sharing rules.
