We are looking for an experienced Google Drive / Google Workspace Expert who can plan, structure, and automate our entire data workflow across multiple departments and teams. You will work with our leadership team and department heads to create Google Forms, Sheets, Templates, Data Pipelines, Dashboards, Access Controls, and Automated Report Flows, based on predefined operational structures. Scope of Work / Responsibilities: Set up a well-organized Google Drive folder structure for multiple departments. Create multi-role access levels (Admin / Manager / Team Leader / Executive / Remote / Office Staff / Freelancer / Agent). Build Google Forms for different workflows (e.g., Task Allocation, Daily Work Report, Lead Intake, Project Update, Sales Pipeline, etc.) Create Google Sheets with automation: Data consolidation Dropdown-controlled fields Validation rules Conditional formatting Implement Dashboards and Reporting using: Google Sheets Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) — optional Automate workflows using Google Apps Script / Zapier / Make (Integromat) wherever required. Train internal staff on how to use the system. Required Skills: Strong experience with Google Sheets (Formulas, Queries, Pivot Tables, Dashboarding) Google Forms workflow setup experience Knowledge of Google Apps Script (for automation) Experience with Access & Sharing Permissions Good communication & ability to understand business workflow
