Key Responsibilities: Content & Journey Alignment Ensure messaging, sequences, and outreach content within platforms are aligned to buyer journey stages. Coordinate with content and campaign owners to keep assets up to date. System Administration & Integration Manage platform setup, and day-to-day configuration. Monitor data hygiene and ensure sync with CRM/RevOps systems. Implement workflows and optimize tool usage for maximum impact. Prospecting Strategy Execution Operate pilots (11x, Gong AI, 6sense) and document performance results. Adjust targeting, cadences, and configurations based on engagement data. Provide recommendations for scaling successful pilots into ongoing programs. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders on AI prospecting tools. Support SDR/BDR teams with tool-related troubleshooting, updates, and enablement needs. Partner with RevOps to ensure reporting is aligned, while focusing on initiative-level and optimization reporting. Work with RevOps for optimal tool usage by users to maximize impact. Alert stakeholders of any challenges or problems. Performance Optimization Track engagement and conversion metrics within platforms. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and prospect experience. Share insights and best practices with stakeholders.
