We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel developer to take over and finish an existing build for an auto business. Not a fresh build Maintenance membership system is ~80–90% complete This project is mainly audit, tightening logic, and finishing missing pieces, plus building a new warranty funnel. ⸻ What’s already done • GoHighLevel sub-account set up • Maintenance membership plans built (PLAN_1 / PLAN_2) • Core automations, tags, custom fields in place • Calendars created and partially wired • Website pages partially built ⸻ What you’ll be doing (high level) 1. GHL Maintenance Membership System (mostly tightening) • Audit existing memberships, tags, custom fields & automations • Tighten booking access rules (active/inactive members only) • Enforce service release schedules • Ensure one-vehicle-per-membership logic • Clean up edge cases (failed payments, cancellations, early bookings) 2. Booking & Google Calendar Sync • Validate Google Calendar sync for 2 partners • Prevent double bookings • Ensure blocked times remove availability instantly • Enforce service eligibility per plan 3. Partner Systems • Partner notification emails (on signup + booking) • Simple monthly export of services per partner • Internal partner verification page (check membership status + eligibility) 4. Website Updates (light) • Finalise / clean required pages • Update CTAs and navigation • Remove deprecated legacy warranty plans 5.
