I’m looking for someone who can slip straight into our onboarding flow and keep it running smoothly. Your day-to-day will revolve around two core duties: first, uploading every new client into our GoHighLevel (GHL) workspace with the right tags, pipelines, and custom fields; second, chasing down any missing paperwork so our team can spin up their AI agents without delay. The tech stack centres on GHL, but we also lean on Blotato and n8n for automations, so a working knowledge of those tools (or the ability to pick them up fast) is essential. You’ll be liaising directly with clients via email or Slack, double-checking that IDs, brand assets, and data-sharing consents are in place, and then handing the completed package back to our technical team. I need the first wave of clients processed within the next month, after which we’ll look at ongoing weekly work.
