I run a restoration / construction company and I’m ready to bring all of our lead, job, and billing data into a single Glide-built CRM. The goal is a modern, clean interface that anyone on the team can open on site and immediately see what matters to them. Core features I need live in the first version: • Customer management with contact history and file uploads (photos, PDFs, etc.) • Project tracking that moves jobs through our unique stages and shows real-time progress dashboards • Invoicing tied to each project, with status, payment dates, and simple PDF generation • AI answering service to handle after-hours queries and auto-log conversations under the correct customer record • Triggered emails, push notifications, and in-app alerts so estimators, supervisors, and accounting never miss a hand-off Because different people touch the process at different times, I’ll need custom roles: office admin, estimator, project manager, field tech, and accountant. Each role should only see and edit the screens relevant to their job while I retain full admin control. I’m comfortable working hourly; we’ll outline milestones together, starting with data architecture in Glide Tables and ending with a live app handed to my crew. If you have deep Glide experience, know your way around its action logic, webhooks, and third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, OpenAI), and have a portfolio that shows polished UI work, I’d like to get started this week.
