I need a clear, build-ready 2D layout for a Ground + 1 residence. Each level must hold exactly two bedrooms, and the overall flow should prioritise practical day-to-day living. Aside from the bedrooms and bathrooms, I must have a combined kitchen & living room as well as a dedicated dining room worked seamlessly into the layout. You are free to play with the footprint, wall thicknesses and circulation as long as room sizes remain comfortable and the stair core is efficient. Please deliver the final drawing in both PDF for easy viewing and DWG (or compatible) so my local engineer can make structural notes. A couple of minor revision rounds are expected so we end up with a plan I can hand straight to the permitting office.
