Full-Stack n8n Automation Engineer (Part-Time to Full-Time) for GTM Agency

We’re now looking to bring on a Full-Stack n8n Automation Engineer to help us scale our operations and productized services. Role Overview We’re hiring an n8n expert to help us design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows that integrate multiple platforms (CRM, data providers, APIs, etc.). You’ll be working closely with our GTM, RevOps, and DataOps teams to build high-impact internal and client-facing automations. The role will start part-time (20 hours/week) with the intention of transitioning to full-time (40 hours/week) within the next 2–3 months based on fit and performance. What You'll Do Build and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n Integrate third-party APIs (RESTful) with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, Airtable, Slack, etc. Write custom JavaScript/TypeScript functions within n8n nodes Optimize automation performance and scalability Document workflows and support internal teams in understanding and using them Troubleshoot and fix automation issues across systems Requirements Proven experience with n8n: you’ve built and deployed advanced workflows Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript Comfortable working with REST APIs (authentication, pagination, rate limits, etc.) Ability to debug, test and optimize workflows Familiar with tools like Postman, Git, and Airtable Fluent in English or Spanish Available to work within European time zones (or close overlap) Bonus Points Experience with Clay, Apollo, or other GTM/sales tech tools Background in marketing ops, RevOps or sales automation Experience working in an agency environment Familiar with Docker and self-hosted n8n instances What We Offer Long-term collaboration with potential full-time employment Fully remote position Work with a fast-growing GTM agency serving high-impact B2B clients Autonomy, flexibility, and a highly operational, data-driven culture Opportunity to influence processes, tools, and technical architecture
