I’m looking to turn a complete floor plan into photorealistic 3D views that feel ready for a magazine spread. Every shot should showcase a fully-designed interior, furnished exclusively in a modern style and lit naturally so the living room, kitchen, and bedroom all read as part of one cohesive home. I’ll supply the floor drawings and any inspiration images you need. From there, you model, texture, light, and stage each room until the finishes, décor, and small accessories look real enough to touch. Deliverables I need at hand-off: • 3–4 high-resolution stills for each of the three rooms, shot from varied, well-composed angles • The editable source file from your preferred tool (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, etc.) so I can make future tweaks • A brief walkthrough animation would be a welcomed extra, though not essential Keep every furnishing decision firmly modern—clean lines, minimal ornamentation, balanced materials. I’d like first drafts within a week of kickoff so we can fine-tune before final rendering.
