SLA countdown timers and in-app alerts should keep technicians aware of approaching deadlines. • A web dashboard for operations and support teams to assign tasks, monitor live technician locations, handle complaints, and track SLA compliance in real time. I expect intuitive filters, map views, a KPI panel, and exportable reports. • A secure backend (your choice of stack) that exposes REST or GraphQL APIs, maintains user roles, stores task data, and pushes notifications to the mobile app. Reliability and scalability are priorities; please include basic CI/CD and staging environments in your plan.
