Frannie Nails is a soft and elegant web app for managing nail appointments, designed for both clients and admin, fully responsive on mobile and desktop. Clients log in using a unique code, full name, and phone number, with a bottom navigation bar for Calendar, Gallery, and Profile. The calendar offers four daily time slots (9:00, 10:30, 15:00, 16:30) with color indicators: green for available, red for full, half for partial. Clients can book, cancel, and check availability. The gallery works like Instagram, allowing users to upload nail photos, like, and comment. The profile shows past and future appointments, balance of money paid or owed, editable personal data, profile photo, and logout. A swap system lets clients request to exchange appointments with each other; the other client receives a push notification to accept or decline, and both calendars update automatically. Push notifications are sent for confirmed bookings, one hour before appointments, and for swap requests, along with WhatsApp reminders. The admin logs in by typing “admin” and accessing a dashboard with the same color-coded calendar, highlighted current day, and swipeable client cards. Admin can manage client codes, data, and balances, record earnings and expenses with monthly summaries, and monitor inventory with low-stock alerts. They can also block specific time slots or entire days (Saturday and Sunday closed). Built with Firebase (Firestore and Storage), push notifications, and WhatsApp API, the app features an elegant, feminine design consistent with the Frannie Nails brand and is fully responsive.
