I want to launch a complete, three-part food and grocery delivery system that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The build includes a customer-facing app, a vendor app, and a rider/driver app that all talk to the same backend. Customer app • Real-time order tracking so users always know where their groceries or meals are. • A fully integrated payment gateway with multiple payment methods (cards, wallets, etc.). • In-app customer-support chat to handle questions instantly. Vendor app • Inventory management to update stock on the fly. • Instant order alerts the moment a customer checks out. • Sales reports to track performance day by day or month by month. Rider app The rider interface just needs the essentials—order pickup details, live status updates and proof-of-delivery capture—so drivers can focus on getting the order to the customer fast. I’ll provide brand assets, UI references and any third-party credentials (payment gateway, mapping APIs) the moment we kick off. You’ll provide: 1. Source code for all three apps plus a simple admin panel to oversee orders, payments and user management. 2. API documentation and a brief deployment guide so my own team can maintain the system. 3. A test build on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Test before final sign-off. The project wraps when everything is live in the App Store and Google Play, payments flow end-to-end, and the order lifecycle (place → accept → ride → deliver) completes without errors. If you have ready-made modules for any of these pieces, feel free to reuse them—speed to market is important to me as long as the user experience stays polished.
