I need a web panel where to register every station, driver and pick-up point. What I am missing is the customer-facing mobile application, and I want it built entirely with Flutter so it runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Core journey A rider opens the app, sees the taxis closest to the station he chooses and immediately gets the distance and fare estimate. After confirming, the vehicle’s location is shown in real time on a map; when it is almost outside, the passenger receives a push notification so they can be ready. Key functions to implement • Flutter front-end that consumes my existing back-end (REST/GraphQL endpoints can be exposed as needed). • Google Maps or similar SDK for geolocation, route drawing and live tracking. • Fare calculation logic based on distance returned by the map service. • In-app credit/debit card payment (Stripe or a comparable PCI-compliant gateway; I’m open to your recommendation). • Push notifications for ride status updates, especially the “taxi is nearby” alert. • Clean UI that matches modern ride-hailing standards and is easy for non-tech users. Deliverables 1. Source code for the Flutter app, well-documented and ready to compile for Android & iOS. 2. Any auxiliary server scripts or cloud functions the app needs (for example, to send notifications). 3. Brief deployment guide and a test build (APK + TestFlight) so I can check the flow end to end. Acceptance criteria • Distance and price appear instantly before a ride is ordered. • Live tracking updates at least every few seconds without stalling the UI. • Push notification fires when the car is within the configurable radius I will supply. • Successful end-to-end card payment in test mode.
