I’m upgrading a Flutter app with an Automatic License Plate Recognition mode and need an experienced developer to put the core in place. The goal is a basic yet reliable proof-of-concept that: • Opens the device camera and recognises plates in real time • Runs smoothly on both iOS and Android (stable Flutter channel) • Reads international licence plates with acceptable speed and accuracy • Exposes the recognised plate text and confidence through a clean callback or stream Gallery image processing isn’t required—live detection is the sole focus. Feel free to choose the toolset that best fits the job—OpenALPR, Firebase ML Kit, TensorFlow Lite, EasyOCR, or another permissively licensed library—provided it works fully on-device and builds without paid dependencies. Deliverable: 1. A minimal Flutter project or plugin demonstrating the above features 2. Well-commented Dart code and any native bridges needed for iOS/Android 3.
